Vancouver Opera is the largest opera company in western Canada. Up to 50 seats will be available a first come, first served basis for most productions during VO’s regular season. Pass holders may book up to four tickets. Please see the Conditions section below for full information on obtaining tickets. Obtaining Tickets:  Tickets can only be booked once you have received your pass.  Please confirm the barcode number on your checkout receipt at time of booking.

To be eligible to obtain tickets for specific performances, the show must take place during the active loan period of your pass.

Please note, seating is limited and tickets are booked very quickly. Please call 604-683-0222 to confirm availability and book your tickets as soon as possible after you have received your pass.

Pass holders may request up to four (4) tickets in advance of the performance. To reserve your seats, pass-holders can call the VO Ticket Centre at 604-683-0222 or visit in person at 1945 McLean Drive, Vancouver.

Pass-holders must pick up their ticket(s) at the VO Ticket Centre (1945 McLean Drive, Vancouver), Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., or at the “Will Call” booth outside the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on the day of the performance between one and two hours before the start of the performance. Pass-holders must show both the valid pass and photo I.D. or library card that matches the name that was used to book the tickets.

Tickets that are unclaimed by 30 minutes before the performance may be released for sale. Latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate break in the performance.

Conditions: Your pass must be valid on the date of the performance. Passes may not be used to replace tickets previously purchased. Exchanges are not permitted. Passes and tickets have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be sold.
